Needs:

• Recover operations after damage by Hurricane Wilma.
• Implement a centralized monitoring and control system for HVAC, Substations, Emergency power plants, hydrants and sewage sump.
• Implement a centralized safety system (CCTV, Alarm and fire detection) according to standards and interoperability with other automated systems.
• Centralize monitoring and operation to establish a platform applicable to other real estate developments currently in operation and new development.

• Centralized Monitoring and Control System Honeywell EBI, with cold water monitoring, power boards, monitoring power connection with CFE, substations and emergency power plants.
• Honeywell Digital Video Manager System to support new applications and requirements from the commercial, maintenance and security areas.
• Alarm and Fire Detection System Notifier with monitoring start, stop and flow pumps; and fire network.
